In addition to drawing clipping paths, image masking is one of the basic services we provide. Image masking is used when clipping paths are not exact enough, for example, when images have blurred edges or very complex margins (like with human hair). The image can still be extracted from its background by using image masking techniques.
Image masking is a time-consuming process, but our experts have extensive training that allows them to apply a Photoshop mask quickly, while still maintaining the utmost quality. Our Photoshop masking service will save you a tremendous amount of both time and money, and like our clipping path service, is fully guaranteed.
How Image Masks Work
When a mask is applied over a clipping, a transparent bitmap is applied over the bitmap of the original image. This additional layer can be used to manipulate the visibility of the background, hiding certain parts that can’t be removed with a simple clipping path.
